What you can Expect.
The driver/guide will collect you from your accommodation at 08:00am, and as we leave St Andrews and head north to our fist stop at House of Bruar
We intend to arrive at here about 09:30am. This is mainly a stop for coffee and restrooms on our journey through the Cairngorm National Park on route to Culloden Battlefield.
Once at Culloden we will spend 90mins maybe more here depending on what you choose to see, then pop in to Inverness for some free time and lunch.
Next, we head to Urquhart Castle on the banks of Loch Ness, and maybe you can spot "Nessie" as we drive down the side of the loch or maybe from the castle (admission fee not included) .
Continuing on from here, south through Fort Augustus and then the Great Glen, before turning east through to mountains of Laggan and the loch, rejoining the main route south with a fursther coffee and restroom stop in Pitlochry, before returning to St Andrews.
Please note that this tour will likely be 11hours, but the scenery and stops we are sure will see the time slide by

What you can Expect.
The driver/guide will collect you from your accommodation at 08:00am, and as we leave St Andrews there maybe a few sights to see on the way.
We intend to arrive at Stirling Castle about 09:30am.
Stirling is a small city and passing through the medieval heart we see many fine buildings including the Church of the Holy Rude, Argyll’s Lodging, and the Old Town Jail. You could easily spend the whole day in Stirling, but we are here for the main attraction ... the mighty Stirling Castle (admission fee not included), which is Scotland’s finest medieval castle. It has stunning views from the battlements over to the National Wallace Monument, and the surrounding countryside.
We will spend 90mins maybe more here depending on what you choose to see.
Next, we head to Doune Castle (admission fee not included) of “Monty Python" and "Outlander” fame before heading into the Trossachs National Park at Callander.
Fancy a Whisky Distillery Tour and Tasting (tour cost not included) at Deanston Distillery (also used in Outlander)?
They also have a small café with great fresh local food.
Lunch can also be at one of the restaurants in Callander, where you can choose from a sandwich to fish and chips to a sit down meal in a lovely restaurant.
After lunch we take the simply stunning Dukes Pass road through the Trossachs, passing lochs, mountains, and stopping off for a viewpoint walk at Loch Katrine. The view point sits 40metres above the piers at the Loch and takes about 10mins to climb the path.
from here we continue through the Dukes Pass, then head east again towards Stirling and then through Glen Devon on our view laden route back to your accommodation in St Andrews.
